     本机采用专利技术设计制造，气动传动，工作可靠。微机控制、操作简便、调整方便。可自动实现制袋、计量、填充、封口、切断、日期打印等包装过程。由于采用液下容积式计量，不仅计量准确。而且能够实现无气包装，延长食品的保质期。横封系统可实现封合、热切断一次完成，宽封口封合强度高。此机在包装过程中采用图案校准光电控制装置，保证图案完整美观，日期打印采用色带热码打印，更换横封即可实现食用油的包装。包装材料为复合膜（PE / PA/ PET,PE /PA,PE / PET,PE /BOPP等）。

    The present machine is designed and manufactured by use fo the patented technology of our compary.It has a pneumatic transmission system with a reliable operation being ensured.It is controlled by a computer with an easy operation and adjustment being provided.It can automatically realize the following packing processes:bag making. metering,filling-in,port sealing,cut-out,date print and other.Due to the use of liquid volume bype metering.it not only can realize an accurate metering but also can realize airr-free package to prolong the food preservation period.Its horizontal seal system realizes the port sealing and cut-out process at one go .it has a wide seal port with a high strength being provide.The present machine uses the pattern calibration opto-electronic control device in the packing period to guarantee the provision ofedible oil can be realized by replacement of the horizontal seal mechanism.The packing material uses composite films(PE/PA/PET,PE/PET,PE/BOOPP and other).
