特点：
 
   
 
  • 1、整机采用卡瓶颈悬挂运行工态设计，从而使整线运行功能更加可靠，克服了由于瓶壁薄、瓶高度误差而引起的机器不能正常运转的因素，同时也大大减少了变更件的数量，使更换瓶型时，更加方便快捷。
  • 2、综合采用意大利、德国先进技术。灌装速度快，液面控制稳。如：无瓶时不灌装，冲气或灌装时爆瓶则灌装阀将自动关闭，并有自动冲洗等先进自控技术。
  • 3、采用托瓶提升气缸，油尼龙齿鸵传动，噪声小，整机运转平稳。
  • 4、采用磁力扭矩式拧盖头，实现抓盖、拧盖功能。拧盖力矩无级可调，具有恒力矩旋封塑盖功能，且不伤盖，封口严密可靠。
  • 5、水平回转式气力理盖器，具有不损坏瓶盖表面，料斗内缺盖发信号自动补充盖等功能。
  • 6、整机采用PLC电脑程序控制及人机界面触摸屏按钮，具有料缸内液面自动控制，无瓶不灌装，无瓶不加盖功能，并有拨瓶星轮卡瓶错位停机，盖滑槽内缺盖停机等功能。
  • 7、采用变频器无级调速，生产能力数字显示，调整极其方便。
  • 9、与水接触的零部件均采用SUS304不锈钢材料，主要电器元件采用日本三菱、法国施耐德公司的产品，气动元件采用亩大利康茂胜公司、日本SMC公司等国际知名厂家产品。

  • 1.The bottle-necksare cramped and bottles are suspended duringthe operation process.Thisavoids many malfunctions caused by thinner bottle body or different highness of bottles.   • 2.The advanced technology from Germany and ltaly are employed .He speed of filling is fast and the liquid amount is controlled accurately. The filling device can be stoped automatically when there is no bottleor bottles are damaged.The advanced auto-washing technology is used in the system.
  • 3.Pneumatic valve and damped gears are used for bottle conveying,the noise is low and the whole machine runs smoothly.
  • 4.The magnetic torque is used for screw capping.The power fo screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can ,also be fixed,and the caps will not be damaged ,the capping is reliable.
  • 5.Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damaging the sur face of caps.and when there is a shortage of caps in the caps storage tank, an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically.
  • 6.The whole machineis controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine.The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled auto matically.The filling and capping will be stopped auto matically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available,the machine can be stopped auto matically.
  • 7.The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the speed steplessly.The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
  • 8.All parts that have direct contact with water are made in SUS304 stainless steel.The critical electronic components are form itsubishi(Japan),Omron,etc.,the pneumatic devices from Japan or Ltaly.
